Return & Refund Policy
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase but if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. We will reimburse your original shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
- We will refund you 100% of the purchase price, including shipping costs ’on the back of our mistake’ (after all, it shouldn’t be your fault if our products are faulty etc.).
- If the item does not fit it is our responsibility to provide you with an exchange or reshipment free of cost. The same applies if the item has been damaged in transit.
- You can get a full refund for a product that hasn’t been used and isn’t damaged. The only thing we ask is that you return it to us in its original packaging
- Please note that any additional costs due to shipping delays and customs duty is not
- If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to the original method of payment originally used for purchase

Cancellation of order
